Serena-Maneesh Releases Early Material

With their new album, S-M Backwards (out September 23 via Smalltown Supersound), Norwegian neo-shoegazers Serena-Maneesh are giving their worldwide fans a chance to hear their early material from EPs previously released only in their native land. The album comprises sixteen re-mastered songs, as well as videos and remixes.

These guys have a minimal web presence, but there are some relevant links from Seapeace and Terrascope. Also, Joe (the bassist) sent us some links to Green Pajamas lyrics and reviews site.

Mr. Airplane Man is (or, was) a soul/blues/rock duet from Boston. I couldn’t find any Mr. Airplane Man albums on their website, but Margaret has a downloadable album for sale here, and Tara’s new band (Turpentine Brothers) has a disc out here. Else, find some of MAM’s older stuff here.
